Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy exclusively for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the damage or defect must be provided.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

If your return request for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
