Order Processing

Each Chic Choli piece is prepared with care before shipment.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Shipping Carrier

We proudly ship using Canada Post.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, customs processing, peak holiday periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Free Canada-wide shipping is available on orders over CAD $100.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Chic Choli is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Chic Choli is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery is managed by the carrier.

While we are happy to assist you in locating your shipment, Chic Choli cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
